What are Challenges:
Players who complete all 20 questions in an adventure will have the opportunity to share a link to the game with friends via their favorite message service, emails or on social media. Anyone with the game installed who clicks that link will automatically be brought into the game to start the challenge. It’s as simple as that. The only requirement to share a challenge is that you MUST get to the end of 20 questions and you must click share to generate a link.
Sharing a challenge creates a leaderboard for that game. Challenges will remain open for several days, giving everyone an opportunity to compete and post a high score. Be warned though: you can only play a challenge once! The reason behind it – we wanted a true representation of your scores. If you had the chance to replay the challenge, it would be unfair to the original challenge host, and it would allow players to look up the answers on multiple playthroughs to try and beat a score.
- Select your books and filters
- Complete the adventure (answer all 20 questions)
- Click Share
- Post on your favorite spot
- Keep an eye on the leaderboard
- Shared challenges also show the players path, the difficulty of each question, missed answers and skipped ones too!
The only player that needs to have the books unlocked is your challenge host! We didn’t want to introduce barriers for new players or to force you to have to buy the content before being able to play with your friends or tabletop groups. That means anyone who clicks on a challenge link will have the same experience no matter how many books you own – talk about a sweet feature!
When we go live in October, we will have questions from the following books:
- A free question pack, containing roughly 250 questions from the core rulebook
- Pathfinder 2E Core Rulebook, containing 5000 questions
- The Lost Omens World Guide, containing 1500 questions
- Rage of Elements, containing 1500 questions
